History: Jubal comes from Pewter City as a simple cook in his uncle's restaurant. He spends most of his free time playing with his Vulpix, Ember, whom he treats as well as he would another human being.

He recieved Ember as a trade for a months worth of free lunches to a homeless man who couldn't take care of the baby Vulpix to save his life. The man was convinced that the fox pup was the perfect Pokemon. However, no one saw any use for a ragged Vulpix pup with matted fur...aside from a cook with a slow burning stove.

Jubal saw that the Vulpix needed a home, and that his uncle's restaurant needed a new burner, or in this case, fox. From the day Jubal took in the baby Vulpix, the two were never apart. He cleaned up the pup and nurtured her back to health. She grew to love Jubal more than life itself and became his lifelong companion in such a small amount of time.

Now, with the evolution of better technology and money becoming more accessible, Jubal's uncle needed to upgrade and remodel his entire shop. This included getting rid of Jubal and his loving partner. They decided it was time for a new chapter in Jubal's book and that he needed to find a bigger dream that cooking. They set off to begin their journey as always...together forever.
